Absolutely spectacular, look no further! Marcus was so accommodating and created the most intimate and chilled ambiance for our drinks and canapé wedding reception. He even learned a new song for us. Had so many compliments from our guests even though we could only book for an hour (wish we’d booked earlier!). Would 100% recommend!

Simply put Marcus was absolutely sensational. We had booked Marcus for a 3 hour slot at our wedding to play to our guests as they arrived at the venue, and to play in the background during our wedding breakfast. His communication throughout from the day we booked him was excellent. He arrived early, no fuss, set up and started to play. To be honest I didn't even see him arrive he just did. He started to play in the venue but as the weather was so hot everyone was outside, so he just came out played outside and performed again no fuss. We sat down for our wedding breakfast and he performed in the background. Not overpowering just very nice background music. His repertoire of songs is first class and includes loads of well known songs by big artists. Marcus performs these songs with his own spin perfectly. We had also asked at short notice if he could learn one or two other songs to play on the day which he did no problem at all. One Man, One Guitar, One fantastic Voice. After researching various places for a solo guitarist/singer for our private function we found Marcus. From initial contact through to performing on the day he was accommodating, helpful and an excellent performer. He even learned new material especially for us and played several sets into the night. We hired Marcus for 2 x 45 minute sets for our garden party. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure, excellent correspondence, punctual arrival, a huge repertoire of songs to choose from, and he said he would learn a couple of new ones too for us, which he did, and they were incredible. Ask for Tennessee Whisky, he does it better than Chris Stapleton! He could easily charge double what he does, and justify it with confidence, I would go as far as to say, that he is the best live solo artist we have ever seen. This young man is supremely talented, and very hard working, and if you are lucky enough to find a date when he is not busy ... book him ... you will not regret it. From initial contact through to the event, Marcus was the ultimate professional. I hired Marcus to sing for a private dinner I planed for my boyfriend’s birthday. Our wedding and reception at the penthouse and pavilion at the Dorchester. Marcus came ahead of time, set up and seamlessly moved between the different rooms for the ceremony and reception. Marcus was awesome, he played the perfect which was 'perfect' by Ed Sheeran for my sister's entrance song and other songs to celebrate the civil wedding. His voice is beautiful and he plays really well. Lots of guests complimented the the music after the ceremony. Alongside this he was super professional, he gave us a choice of songs which we can pick too. We booked Marcus last minute and he was super quick to respond and help. Marcus performed as a surprise entertainment for a ladies lunch. It was for a friend who loves Simon and Garfunkel. Marcus performed a medley of Simon and Garfunkel’s hits.
